It is the state that protects human rights and ethics by its citizens. Author : 윤여완[YOON YEO WAN]

When I looked up something about ethics, I found that the explanation of ethics is simple, and there is a record of Japanese MarS in the Naver Encyclopedia. To explain in more detail, the moral life can be broadly divided into the freedom of life and the observance of the laws of the rules by which human beings live. However, some people misunderstand this simple explanation, so I used Marx's explanation to explain ethics by quoting Marx's dictionary of ethics created by the Japanese. In the late Joseon Dynasty, Japan invaded Korea (Korea) and committed maruta and murder. The Japanese were the ones who colonized Korea. But Marx's explanation of ethics is not wrong, so the story is registered and quoted. I am an atheist, and the people, animals, plants, and fish that exist in the world will not be reborn in the afterlife. The pattern of the world is to be born once and die once, and the world after that is a world where the world of the previous life, the world of the next life, the world of reincarnation, and the world of the next life do not exist.  Life is precious.

It is difficult for the state to take care of people's lives one by one.

However, the right of the state to guarantee the human rights of the people (it refers to guaranteeing the right to human rights). It is the wish of the state, and it means that the state knows that the state can be formed only when the people exist, and that the state implements the system of the right to guarantee the citizens of the state for the sake of the people.

Under the current law of the Republic of Korea, the law explaining the right to national security records that the right to protection of the reporter (concealing the identity of the reporter) is misinterpreted as the right to national security, and the right to protection of the reporter (concealing the identity of the reporter) means to protect the person who made the report with a different interpretation. I'm talking about the right to guarantee human rights (I mean guaranteeing the right to human rights). means that the state guarantees human rights to all people living in society. However, the encyclopedia does not include the right to guarantee human rights. It can only be interpreted as a right to guarantee the protection of the reporter (concealing the identity of the reporter), and the right to guarantee the protection of the reporter (concealing the identity of the reporter) should be called the protection of the reporter.

The right to guarantee the human rights of the people (refers to the guarantee of the right to human rights) The Human Rights Commission is an institution recognized by the state.

It refers to the right to guarantee the human rights of the people (the right to guarantee the right to the human rights of the people), and it is the right to guarantee human rights based on the National Assembly and new laws or existing laws of the National Assembly. The right to guarantee human rights (meaning to guarantee human rights) The people comply with the laws and regulations of the country and guarantee the rights of the people (meaning the guarantee of human rights). Guaranteeing the human rights of the people is an afterthought, and the Republic of Korea is a country where the human rights of the state and politicians come first.

The state does not provide anything commensurate with the violation of human rights (meaning the right to guarantee the human rights of the people), but ignores the people, insults human rights, and abuses public power to protect the law, the state, and the police. If a detective acts in a way that disrespects each and every one of them, it is an abuse of public power. It also means that the people exercise their actual existence in the exercise of ethics and human rights, and the police agency guarantees public power to the criminal and police officers who exercise public authority and lead the law, but if they abuse public power, they will be required to take appropriate disciplinary action or resign.

If the criminal or police abuse their public power, the public may present it to the Human Rights Commission and be guaranteed the human rights that are appropriate for it. [Or you can file a complaint by law with a court, such as the Supreme Court of the court that adjudicates the plaintiff's judgment, and take appropriate action.]

The National Human Rights Commission of Korea (NHRC) considers the position of the people, and if there is any injustice, it presents an objection to the report board prepared by the state for the wronged people or to the National Human Rights Commission of the Republic of Korea, and to put the public in the position of the people as much as possible so that there is no injustice. Even the National Human Rights Commission of the Republic of Korea may not be able to resolve all the issues. (The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) can also resolve the law, but sometimes it seems that the National Human Rights Commission of the Republic of Korea only helps with the law of its choice.)

Lawyers [lawyers under current law] who act on behalf of this are also responsible for helping to enforce human rights.

The failure of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) to prevent the country's Ministry of Justice from proposing a law requiring the identification of sex offenders to reveal their mobile phone passwords is a mistake on the basis of human rights.

However, as of 2022, in the Republic of Korea, prosecutors, detectives, and police officers who exercise public power in accordance with the severity of the law are often treated unfairly, ridiculed, and insulted by prosecutors, detectives, and police officers who exercise public power under the system recognized by the Ministry of Justice and the Prosecutor's Office. and even if they are insulted and fight with each other in order to retaliate, they do not exert public authority on the side of the wronged person, and if the wronged person is one person, there are times when they focus on guiding the law to the side of several people.

Breaking the law seems to be problematic for both sides. However, the people are more powerless than the prosecutors, police, and judges.

However, if I am only one person under the current criminal law and many people slander me, ridicule me, and ridicule me with false stories, and if I swear at them as a measure of retaliation and say that a fight broke out, it is right to recognize that many people commit crimes under the current criminal law, even if the act has taken place. Therefore, acknowledging my resentment and allowing many people to become suspects is the Human Rights Guarantee Act (which guarantees the right to human rights of citizens) under the current law. corresponds to. Of course, it is difficult to prove that those who used swearing and ridicule first make excuses, and that many people falsely say that they never used swearing and ridicule in order to defend what they did first. However, a detective who reveals it and touts that it is the people's staff to help a person who is wronged. It looks like the police.

Even if people commit acts that slander me, ridicule me, and mock me with false stories, if I commit murder, I would be guilty of murder and excessive defense under the current law. But in addition, if I have acted similarly by people who have slandered me, ridiculed me, or told me false stories to ridicule me, then under the current law, those who have ridiculed me, slandered me, or ridiculed me with false stories are the accused. There are many people who enjoy such abusive language on the scale of society.

However, it is seen that impersonators start swearing as a way to lower the image of the person being impersonated in order to swear and impersonate. This kind of behavior was rare even in the 20th century, before the 21st century, but in the 21st century, the methods of the perpetrators of impersonation have become more sophisticated, and it has been found that they use abusive language to ruin the lives of the impersonation victims. This statistic is what I saw as a victim of impersonation, and it is intended to look at the perpetrators of impersonation. I learned about the minds of the perpetrators of impersonation, why they are so preoccupied with the criminal act of impersonation, and how they commit impersonation. I also sought ways to deal with impersonation perpetrators.

Of course, in most cases, prosecutors, detectives, and police should admit wrongdoing and lead the criminal law on the side of the wronged person.

I am an atheist, and the world is a world where no matter how you die, no matter who dies, no matter who dies, no matter how you live or if you live on a curse, or if you live unhappily or happily, you will not be born into the world again after death.

People, animals, plants, and fish that exist in the world live in the world and die and cannot be reborn in the world afterwards.

The pattern of the world is a once-in-a-lifetime life. After death, there is no birth or death. After death, there is no world in the previous life, no next world, no reincarnation, no next world.  Life is precious.

In such a world, I have to fight and win a miserable life. I will prevent the perpetrators of impersonation who make me a victim of impersonation.
